Customer Referrals We have owned our home for over 25 years and still have the same carpets in the house. The carpets always look and smell great after you have finished. Now that the kids are older, we don’t have as many Kool-aid stains, but you still pre-treat any spots. I really appreciate that. Several years ago we had an older dog that was that was having problems. I was amazed at how well you were able to remove the urine stains and smells. Another time, you made a repair to the carpet in the bedroom, sometime that hadn’t even started to bother me, but if left alone might have become a large hole at the doorway. This year when you came over to clean the carpets, you also recommended that we have our air ducts cleaned. This was something I had been thinking about as we had received a flyer in the mail by another company.  We did not know you offered this service now, so we was more than happy to go with your company as we know it would get done right! Since my husband is a do-it-yourselfer, we have done a lot of home improvement projects since we brought our home. Most of these projects involved some kind of saw dust or dry wall dust. Even knowing that, I was amazed at how much dust and debris and small toys were in the ducts. Every year, when the furnace comes on for the first time in the fall, we notice a scorched-dust smell. This year we did not have that smell. My husband say’s that the air flow is better and that the furnace is running more efficiently than it has for the last few years.
